Damaged candles can be replaced/refunded
If photo proof is sent within 48 hours of delivery. Email photo proof to contact@pampergalorecandles.com.

No returns/exchanges on 
sale items or purchases over 30 days.
Lost package or incorrect address requires reshipment cost. Return shipping deducted from refund.
